Lake Nakuru National Park's biggest attraction is undoubtedly its huge flamingo population, which can swell to more than 1.5 million at times. Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake in Kenya which lies just north-west of Nairobi and offers unique activities like boat ride, hiking, etc. You can go on a hike on Crescent Island next to giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, topi, impalas and waterbucks.

Maasai Mara is probably Kenya’s number one tourist destination it holds spectacular scenery as well as vast amounts of bird and wildlife. The Reserve is famous for it’s huge herds of Wildebeest and Zebra which migrate through Maasai Mara from the Serengeti around June-October each year. However aside from abundant birdlife the Maasai Mara is a Big 5 National Reserve meaning it has Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Black Rhino which permanently reside here.
Lake Naivasha, fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13 km's across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five meters. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Visit the Crescent Island. There is just one “Crescent Island Game Park”. It is simply one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya, often called Naivasha’s best kept secret.
Lake Nakuru is a shallow soda lake has been famous for its flamingos but has also retained its reputation as an ornithologists’ delight with more than 400 species of bird found here. You may get out of the vehicle at the lake shore to get a closer look at the birds. The nearby cliffs offer sightings of baboons, birds of prey and scurrying hyraxes, as well as great views of the park. The national park covers 180 sq km and is home to warthogs, waterbuck, buffaloes, reedbucks, and the occasional leopard as well as white and black rhinos which were introduced to the park some years ago.
Day 2 - Saturday: Enjoy a delightful breakfast before departing for Nyahururu, the location of the children's home. Journey through picturesque landscapes, immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Kenya. Arrive at the children's home and receive a heartfelt welcome from the staff and children. Engage in various activities, such as educational sessions, playing games, and participating in creative projects, fostering meaningful connections with the children. Share meals and stories together, experiencing the love and warmth of the children's home.
Day 3 - Sunday: Begin the day by attending a local church service, embracing the African way of worship. Immerse yourself in the uplifting songs, inspiring sermons, and spiritual atmosphere. Break bread and mingle with the locals, connecting with the community on a deeper level. Return to the children's home and continue engaging in activities that contribute to the well-being and development of the children.
Day 4 - Monday: Nyahururu - Masai Mara: Wake up to a heartfelt breakfast at the children's home and bid farewell to the children and staff, knowing that your presence has made a meaningful difference in their lives. Drive to the floor of the Rift Valley - to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at masai mara Mara Tented Camp. Day 5 - Tuesday: Maasai Mara: Maasai Mara Full day at this famous reserve searching for wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari. You depart after breakfast with picnic lunch. The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara’s birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Maasai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park – Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day. Day 6 - Wednesday: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha :
Early morning game drive. Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon proceed for a boat ride in this fresh water lake to view the hippos. This is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus is almost 13 km's across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five meters. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Visit the Crescent Island. There is just one “Crescent Island Game Park”. Day 7 - Thursday: Lake Naivasha - Nakuru:Breakfast at the Lodge. Depart for Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon enjoy a game drive in this beautiful park. Day 8 - Friday: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi :Early Morning game drive. Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Nairobi. A stop is provided at the Great Rift Valley View Point. Arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch and drop off at the airport for final departure.
