Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop for photos. Arrive at your lodge or camp in Masai Mara in time for lunch. After a short rest, embark on your first game drive across the reserve, home to the famous Big Five and other wildlife. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the Mara.
Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of game drives in the Masai Mara. With its open plains and abundant wildlife, you’ll have ample opportunities to see lions, elephants, cheetahs, and buffaloes, among other species. Stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic location within the reserve. In the afternoon, continue your safari adventure or opt for a visit to a Maasai village to learn about their rich culture. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
Following breakfast, depart Masai Mara and head to Lake Nakuru National Park. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the Great Rift Valley. After lunch at your lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingos, pelicans, and other migratory birds. Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Aberdare National Park
After breakfast, travel to Aberdare National Park, known for its cool climate, dense forests, and dramatic landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your lodge, which is often located near waterholes, providing excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Day 5: Aberdare to Samburu National Reserve

Following the game drive, depart Aberdare and drive to Samburu National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive, where you’ll continue to track the 'Samburu Special Five' and other wildlife like lions, elephants, and cheetahs. Stop for a picnic lunch in the reserve and continue your safari experience in the afternoon. You may also choose to visit a Samburu village to gain insight into the local culture. After an action-packed day, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Samburu to Nairobi
On your final day, enjoy a morning game drive in Samburu to capture some last wildlife sightings before breakfast. Afterward, drive back to Nairobi, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, marking the end of your 7-day safari adventure.
